Not a lot to report today. Nothing like the progress we made yesterday, but not a lot of backsliding either. Jane wasn't thrilled about having the backup pressure from the conventional vent being turned off last night, so Awesome Nurse Michael spent the day futzing with her settings to get her back down from 100%. I think he got her oxygen down in the 80s, but she spent most of the day in the 90s.
She did get another blood transfusion. It always helps when she does (this'll be her third, unless I've lost count -- and you know I may well have).
The only big news: 4 pounds, 2 ounces, yo! They started her on another round of diuretics since a good bit of the weight gain is edema. People, you should see her little butt. It used to look like a frog's, kind of pointy and flabby and utterly without cushioning. Now? It's so round and full, and the back of her thighs are so swollen, that her backside looks like a cluster of cherry tomatoes. It'd be adorable if it didn't look kinda painful.
Regardless, she definitely has doubled her weight. See Jane Grow!
